1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to all Studio Patron modular kitchens and wardrobes manufactured, supplied, and installed by our authorized team.

• Cabinets, shutters, drawers, and panels: 10-year warranty against manufacturing and installation defects
• Hardware and accessories: As per the respective manufacturer’s warranty

If any component is found defective during the warranty period, Studio Patron will repair or replace it free of cost as per claim terms.

2. Warranty Terms & Expectations

To maintain the validity of this warranty, please follow these expectations:

• Proper Use: Products must be used under normal residential conditions and maintained regularly.
• Care & Maintenance: Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or sunlight. Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth — avoid harsh chemicals, acids, or abrasives.
• Installation Site: The warranty is valid only for products installed at the original location by authorized Studio Patron technicians. Any movement, reinstallation, or modification by others will void the warranty.
• Manufacturer Support: Hardware, fittings, and appliances (such as hinges, channels, handles, and accessories) carry individual brand warranties. Studio Patron will assist clients in claiming these directly from the manufacturer if required.
• Authorized Repairs: All repairs or adjustments must be carried out by Studio Patron’s authorized service team only.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or stains
• Rusting of metal parts caused by chemical or moisture exposure
• Damage due to water leakage, seepage, or prolonged dampness
• Termite or pest infestation
• Misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
• Fading or discoloration due to sunlight, heat, or humidity
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons
• Damage during relocation, reinstallation, or third-party handling
• Force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)

5. Product-Specific Note

• Shutter Bends: Due to climatic variations, minor shutter bending up to 4mm is acceptable under industry standards. If bending exceeds this limit, Studio Patron will inspect and adjust or replace the shutter accordingly.

• Our service team will inspect the issue within 3–5 working days
• Valid claims will be serviced promptly with repair or replacement

The decision of Studio Patron on warranty claims shall be final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio Patron’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any loss caused by misuse or external factors.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, making an inquiry, or availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Studio Patron provides interior design consultation, design execution, and related services for residential projects. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement through written confirmation, quotation, or contract.

3. Design Ownership

All design concepts, drawings, layouts, and visuals created by Studio Patron remain the intellectual property of Studio Patron until full payment is made. Clients are not permitted to share, reproduce, or use any design content without prior written consent.

4. Quotations and Payments

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Work will commence only after the initial advance payment as mutually agreed.
• Payments must be made as per the milestone schedule mentioned in the agreement.
• Delayed payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

5. Revisions and Changes

Design revisions are limited as per the project scope. Any additional revisions, material changes, or design modifications beyond the agreed scope will attract extra charges.

6. Site Conditions and Execution

Clients are responsible for providing site access, electricity, and safety during the execution period. Studio Patron will not be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen site issues, third-party vendors, or force majeure events.

7. Warranty

Product and material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms. Studio Patron’s workmanship warranty (if applicable) will be mentioned in the final agreement or handover document.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio Patron will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, material variations, or third-party installations.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

All client data, design information, and project details are kept confidential and used solely for project execution and communication purposes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, Studio Patron will charge for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
